With Bookinzy system you can get customized discount coupons for your customers.
Log in to your account and then click on Coupons from your Control Panel dropdown menu to access the Coupons List. Click the “Add Coupon” button to add a new coupon to the Coupons List.
Code: You can add a random code when creating a new coupon. If you give this code to your customers, they will use this code to activate the coupon discount. Make sure that the code you entered does not contain other coupons.
Discount: You can make two types of discount on the Coupon:
- By adding a percentage.
- By adding a custom rate.
For example, you can say there is a 20% or 25 $ discount for customers using this coupon.
Date applies from: If you want the coupon to be active from a specific date, please click that date in this section. Otherwise, keep it blank. Customers will not be able to use this Coupon before the date you specify. For example, this coupon will be valid from December 25th.
Date applies to: If you want the coupon to be active only on certain dates, click on this date. Otherwise, keep it blank. Customers will not be able to use this coupon after this date expires. For example, you can say that the coupon is valid until January 15th.
Usage limit: If you want to limit the number of times a coupon can be used, enter it here. Otherwise, keep it blank. For example, only 20 customers can only take advantage of this coupon.
Once per customer: If you want to make each customer benefit from this coupon only once, you must activate this checkbox.
Service Filter: If you want this coupon to be for specific services only, you can add your own service filter using this option. Otherwise, keep it blank and the coupon will be available for all types of services.
Employee Filter: If you want the coupon to be specific to specific employees only, you can choose those employees as a filter in this option. Otherwise, keep it blank and let the coupon be deductible for all employees.
After filling in all these details, you can add the new coupon to the list by clicking on the Add Coupon button.
You can filter the coupon you need through easy search and filters. In addition to knowing the number of coupons used for any service.
If you need to delete or amend any of the coupons, you can do so by clicking on the options in front of that coupon, you can click the Edit or Delete button. You can also delete all coupons at once by making a group selection.
