Appointments

You can view a list of all the appointments you have in a private list and you will be able to find any appointment you want very quickly by using the convenient search tools and filters. You can create a new appointment from the Appointments Control Panel by clicking the “Add Appointment” button, and the Appointment Data tab will open.

You can view a list of all the appointments you have in a private list and you will be able to find any appointment you want very quickly by using the convenient search tools and filters. You can also request that the list be sorted in ascending or descending order for all columns.

You can amend or delete the required appointment here. To do this, simply click on the options in front of the appointment and click on the Edit or Delete button according to the dropdown page.
You can also select and delete appointments in bulk.
When you click on the icon in the Payment List column, you will see detailed payment information. You can change the payment status, price, or payment as needed.

You can create a new appointment from the Appointments Control Panel by clicking the “Add Appointment” button, and the Appointment Data tab will open.

In the window that pops up, first select the branch or location.
Then define the service categories, select the final service and select the employees. After that, choose the date and time for the appointment.

Date and time options are available depending on timesheets, holidays and special days. If you set Sunday as a holiday, there will be no vacancy option for that day.

You will only see vacant slots here. If more customers book by the scheduled date of May 10th at 10:00 PM, you will not be able to make the second appointment on this date. If your service has group bookings, you need to find, edit and add a new customer there.

After choosing the date and time, click on Customers.

If it is possible to add a group reservation service to provide a service to a group of customers, you can add a number of customers according to your ability. You can record the customer’s condition in front of the appointment. If the customer is not alone and is accompanied by multiple people, you can mention this number in the selection. These numbers will be summed for capacity.

If you have service-related add-ons and want to select them, you can do so by clicking on the “Extensions” tab.

If “Send email notifications” is not set in the checkbox, notifications will not be sent to customers and employees. If you wish to send notifications that have been set up in the notification settings, you must check the checkbox to enable notifications.

Monthly recurring appointments:

If the service you choose is a recurring monthly service, various options will open up to you.

There are 6 options in this selection:

  • specific day
  • First day
  • Second day
  • Third day
  • Fourth day
  • Last day

If you select a specific day option, you can select the specific days you want from 1 to 31 in the next selection. For example, you want to repeat this appointment 5, 10, and 15 every month.
At the right time, you decide how many hours this appointment will start each day. You will specify the start date and end date. Once the details are finalized, you will see in the time entry the number of times your appointment will be customized according to your preferences. For example, you didn’t take a period of 3 months and chose the 5th, 10th, and 15th of each month. In this case, you will have chosen 9 appointments. 3-month period, 3 dates every month, the final figure is 9.

You can also control “end data” by saying “input times”. For example, you don’t want to calculate the last date, but you know the appointment must be repeated 10 times. Then type 10 in the time field and let the program calculate the end date itself.

If you select one of the first, second, third, fourth and last options, you will be able to choose any day of the week in the next selection. For example, you can choose the first Monday. This means that the appointment will be repeated on the first day of every month. The options for Start date, End date, and other times will remain the same in the selection above.

If the fixed full period is set at the time of adding the service, you cannot set the end date. When you select the start date, the end date will be calculated automatically according to the service settings.

Weekly recurring appointments:

In this case, you will be able to choose the days of the week. After choosing the days of the week, you can set the start time in front of each day and set the start date and end date. The start date, end date and times will be as we mentioned above.

Daily Recurring Appointments:

When adding a daily recurring appointment, you must first determine the number of days your appointment will be repeated. If you choose Everyday, that means that every appointment will be repeated daily. If you choose to do this every two days, it will be repeated every two days.
The time, start date, end date, and times are the same and will not change depending on the times of the appointment.
