Follow these steps to create a new Bookinzy account:

1- Go to Sign Up page to create a new account creation page.

2- Add your name and your email address.

3- Confirm your email.

4- Choose the domain address for your page.

5- Add your activity’s information.

6- Add your first service.

In these settings, you need to fill the basic information about your business or company.

  • Company phone number
  • Company website

This information will be useful to you in email notifications. Therefore, you can add this information to your email template with specific keywords. If the phone number of your business or company is filled in, it will appear at the bottom of your booking form when the word “Do you have questions?” located at the bottom of the form.

With functional parameters, you can set a schedule for your entire business by showing the opening and closing hours for each day of the week.

If there is a break, you can add separate breaks for each day of the week. You can activate vacation days by activating the “Leave Day” check box. The timeline you set up here is generic. You can choose a specific schedule for each service or staff while adding services and staff.
